Student Advocate

The “Student Advocate” is a specialized institution that aims to mediate between, on the one hand, the students and, on the other, institutions, professors, services or executives of the University, when there is some intractable dichotomy, a differentiated approach that leads to divergent assessments of the actions to be taken or a complaint.
The office of the Student Advocate “does not have jurisdiction over exams and grades” as the Law expressly states. In addition to these issues, it will always be a communication bridge for:
  • facilitation of students with the administrative bodies and services of the university,
  • examining and seeking solutions to student requests for issues they face with academic or administrative services,
  • examination of reports or complaints from students regarding the observance of provisions and rules of ethics and university legislation,
  • informing students about the rights and obligations deriving from the legal framework as well as the morals deriving from joining the University Community.
