The purpose of the PhD thesis is to study the Greek labour market using modern micro-econometric analysis tools to specify the role of rigidities in the Greek labour market. In particular, we will analyse the impact of the collective bargaining system, minimum wage, flexible forms of work and self-employment on wages, employment and unemployment.
