Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students in Management Science giving emphasis on planning, organizing, leading and controlling, as well as on managerial roles and managers’ competences. Moreover, relevant theories and key concepts will be analyzed with critical perspective in today’s turbulent business environment.
At the end of this course the student should be able to:
- Understand the basic concepts and theories related to Business Administration.
- Develop critical thinking regarding managerial functions in today’s business.

Assessment
The grade is calculated on the basis of the final written exam (theory, case studies).
Use of ICT
The lectures content of the course for each chapter are uploaded on the internet (e-class), in the form of a series of ppt files, where from the students can freely download them using a password which is provided to them at the beginning of the course.
